Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and seasoned
- Handful of bacon bits
- 1 small container of pimento cheese
- Package of egg roll wrappers
- Spray oil
Method
- Cook ground beef with bacon bits and let cool
- Mix with cheese
- Stuff egg roll wrappers, seal with water
- Spray both sides of egg rolls with just a little spray oil
- Cook at 370 for 5 min on each side. (I did 9 and then 5 and it was too long)
How to roll an egg roll
- Start with laying your egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape (1).
- Spoon in about 1/3 cup of filling.
- Begin by wrapping up the bottom of the diamond, then fold in the sides so it looks kind of like a letter. Brush both sides with oil and pinch them together so they stay (2-3).
- Begin to roll the egg roll towards the unwrapped top, pressing in the sides as needed, and brush with water at the top corner to secure the wrapper (4).
